Restaurant Baywatch, Tanjung Sepat

Arrived Tanjung 38 already? Sure or not? Coz road sign said Tj Sepat not Tj 18 nor 38.

This is the famous restaurant ya. Come out in Axian show.

Am famished. Hope the food here is as good as advertised.

What a lovely view of of the area surrounding the restaurant.

Some photo time.

Photo taking is really a thirsty work.

Here comes the food. Salted Egg Crab. Taste so-so only. Not much Salted Egg coating. Not as good as Restaurant Yin Her

Next... Oh Chien. Adoi...duno why the oyster so tiny and not that fresh. Maybe Raya kot? Hard to get fresh oyster gua? Very disappointing.

Their famous Mui Choy Kai Lan taste real good. Something that we can't get it here in KL...yet.

Same goes for the Sweet & Sour Fried Baby Octopus. Saw this in uLi's blog. This dish tasted really delicious.

Of all the dishes we have ordered. This is the best dish. Seong Thong Lala. The soup was great!

I guess we were not the only ones that heard about the good food here. The flies must have heard too coz as soon as the food was served, we were "swamped" by flies.

Maybe coz it was 3p.m and only two tables are occupied, that's why we were "attacked" by flies. The flies colony were not equally divided as when the restaurant is full.

*sigh* if only Mamarazzi brought along the flies swatter.

Amidst the commotion, an old lady came in a bicycle selling goodies. Papa bought this packet of fried fish balls from her.

Later on, we ate some and found that it was DELICIOUS. Full of fish instead of flour. But when we wanted to get some more, the lady had gone away.

Hence, we went fish ball hunting. But that's another story.

One last photo in this scenic restaurant before we go off.

Here is the address of the restaurant just in case you are interested to try it out but make sure bring flies swatter: No 72, Jalan 3, Tepi Laut, 42800 Tanjung Sepat, Kuala Langat, Selangor. Tel: 03-3197 3843

Yayay! can go swimming.

Alamak! how to swim ah? Mamarazzi got bring my swimming trunk or not?

Hehehe...got bring ah. The beach is much cleaner than Port Dickson though the colour of the water is brown.

Lovely view.

The sandy a black like those mud mask that Mamarazzi used. Hmm...shall I bring some back for Mamarazzi to tempek her face with?

Saw a lot of people digging along the beach. Papa also dug. Found these.

Does anyone know what are these? Papa squeezed it, got water squirting out punya wor.

Played water with Mamarazzi. Got evidence Mamarazzi "super kicked" me into the water. Then I tried to pull Mamarazzi down on the water but she was too strong for me.

No I don't wanna go yet. Not hungry yet. Wanna play some more.

Bye bye beach...I will be back. I have to follow Auntie Siew, Papa and Mamarazzi to go makan.

I Went Weird Place For Gai Gai

Two weeks ago I had an adventure. Woke up early that morning and wanted to go gai-gai.

I went and woke up Papa and Mamarazzi. Told them I wanna go gai-gai.

Papa asked go where? Belum sempat I say Dan Neh Noh, Mamarazzi said wanna bring me to belek belek some lalang at some 18 or 38 place.

Where the heck is this?

The Wantan Mee looks tempting lor. I have tasted. Not bad. Not too salty.

Three plates of Wantan Noodles, 2 Kopi and two Iced Chinese tea. Bill comes up to RM13 only.

Wah lau eh...very cheap. Sorry ah. Forgot the shop name but I heard Mamarazzi said it's located opposite AmBank of Sg Pelek.

Ohh...so this is the belek belek place ah? Hmmm..I remember Uncle Pete had blog about this place. Hope Papa can find the Dragon Fruit Farm that Uncle Pete blogged about.

Yay! Found it! Found the Farm.

Right at the front of the Farm, there was a small stall selling fruit. I wonder what fruit is that..the yellowish ones. Mamarazzi said it's a type of Durian Belanda while Papa said it's Nonang. Hmmmm....anyone?

They were selling Passion Fruits at RM5/kg. That is cheap. However, the Pomelo are expensive. Not sure how much is the Honey.

Alamak! No luck. They don't have Dragon fruits. Left only these. People "borong-ed" all.

Let's go in and see some more.

Yikes! Kura-kura also have ah? So many. I wonder for it's for what. Making soup would be nice.

Let me lead the "expedition". Lucky I am not using stroller anymore else won't get to explore.

wa...very tall Dragon Fruit Tree

So this is how the Dragon Fruit Grow ah. Eee..the flower very beautiful lah.

According to the lady boss, the top left is Passion Fruit.

Top right is Malaysian apple". Mamarazzi recalled buying these from Pasar Malam before. Crunchy like green apples but pretty much tasteless.

Bottom left is Guava while bottom right is Aloe Vera. Aloe Vera is good for skin.

Wah got some more? What is that. Why that tree so many caterpillars geh? Colourful pulak tu...green la..pink la...bright red la and black.

.
Not caterpillars ah? Oo...Mulberry ah. Oooo...I remember. Ah Kong's house have this! Have to wait till it turn black baru can eat punya.

Toddy ka? Not toddy ah? Fruit Enzyme? Got Guava, Papaya, Aloe Vera and Pitaya (Dragon Fruit) Enzyme.

Mamarazzi, buy one for me la. Auntie Siew is buying too. I want the Pitaya punya. The Lady Boss say Pitaya punya is to flush out the toxin from the body wor.

I ate so many things. Sure a lot of toxin.

Apa macam? Still "belek-Belek"? Where else next?

Bedtime Stories And Prayers By Enid Blyton-The Ungrateful Servant

In the Enid Blyton story book there was this story of the Ungrateful Servant. It was said that, Peter came to Jesus one day and asked him how many times should he forgive someone who did him wrong.

One time? two time? three time? four times? ......seven times?

Jesus answered not seven times but seventy times seven and proceed to tell Peter a story.

It was said that long ago there was a servant who owe the King a very large sum of money. The King demanded his money back and the servant does not have the money to pay. In order to pay back the King he would have to sell off everything including his wife and children.

He cried and begged the King for time. The King looked at him and pitied him. The King waived the amount that he owed.

The man was happy and went home.

This man have a servant that owed him a small sum of money. And his servant begged him to give him time to pay back but then this man was very bad. He demanded his the amount that was owed to him no matter what. He had forgotten that the King had forgiven his own debt.

The rest of the servans were angry at the man's bad attitude and went to the King. The King was very angry and he threw the man into prison.

Well, I am glad that we did not "blacklist" Restaurant Yin Her after the bad service that we received on our 2nd time there.

Coz Mamarazzi really "kepunan" their Salted Eggs Crabs. Tak puas eat the one at Carey Island. That's why we came again.

This round service was okay. Not bad. Maybe the other time was an "opps".

The crabs taste delicious. I love to eat the "kong"

Then Mamarazzi ordered this funny vegetable. Called "Sayur bola"...poh choy..weird...doesn't look like bola also. Why call it bola?

But hor...after eating this vege hor...the next day go toilet very syok one .

Ku Low Yok..yummy.

Can eat a lot of rice with the gravy alone.

Eat so much crabs...cholesterol ah...hyper-tension ah...so have to have something to lower the blood pressure la...Bitter gourd soup.

Wah...a lot of things inside. Not like the ones that Mamarazzi boil with eggs only. This one have sotong, prawns and mushroom. Errr....sotong and prawns?? wouldn't it defeat the purpose?? Ah...like Auntie Claire said...Lantak lah!

The complimentary read bean+ Pulut hitam dessert. Yummy but as usual, too sweet for Mamarazzi.

Seri Langat Seafood Restaurant, Carey Island

In the "old" days...like 5 years ago, Carey Island is famous for its seafood. Many people would venture to Carey Island for Seafood.

There are two seafood restaurants opposite to each other. Papa and Mamarazzi found that Seri Langat Seafood Restaurant food more suitable for their taste.

They have not been to this place for quite some time. Surprised that the restaurant have been renovated. Now the kitchen is at where the car park used to be.

Ordered Coconut for me since I have been eating a lot of fried keropok.

They gave pickled mango as appetiser. Delicious.

I was enjoying my coconut juice when we were "attacked" by a swam of insects. Cantonese called it "Dai Shui Ngai". The kind of insect that circled the lights just before it rain.

Hence we had to moved to the air-conditioned room to avoid the insects.

Mamarazzi gila salted egg crabs again(top left(. Ordered that. Sadly, it doesn't taste good. They put too much flour on it. Not much of salted egg taste.

Next comes the Claypot Taufu(top right). Taste quite good with a lot of seafood in it. The size a bit too much for the 3 of us to finish.

The Bihun Steamed Fish (bottom left) was a huge disappointment. It used to be very tasty. This round there was a weird taste on the fish and/or bihun. Not sure which one. Papa said smell of cockroach but Mamarazzi said maybe the bihun was inferior quality.

Mamarazzi cooked this dish before and it taste better than this. Click here to view the said post.

The Sweet Potatoes leave dish(bottom right) was quite special. They used ginger instead of garlic. Heard that eat Sweet Potatoes Leave will have a lot of "wind". Maybe that is why they stir-fry it with ginger.

Found this "smiley" face in the Taufu Dish. Sayang to eat but the it fell onto the floor ...sob sob...

Errrr...why my face so "comot"? Don't know. I was playing with the "kiap kiap" for the crabs and the next thing I know was Mamarazzi laughing at me.

Conclusion? Not going to purposely come to makan at this restaurant anymore since the food quality had deteriorated. Total bill came up to RM90-90. Should buy nombor ekor ka?

Goreng Goreng Outside Lido Kopitiam, Brickfield

The other day I was real naughty. Mamarazzi was changing my pants in the morning and I "accidentally" super-kicked Mamarazzi's face.

Piang! Spectacle rosak again. One of the lens fell off. Thank Goodness didn't break else my bum-bum will be stripey like the Zebra.

Off we went to KL to get the spectacle fixed.

Since we were at K.L , might as well go Brickfield to have the delicious CKT.

Then Mamarazzi remembered reading some where that there is one stall selling delicious Goreng Pisang outside Lido Kopitiam(Next to YMCA)

Previously, Mamarazzi thought the stall mentioned was the Kuih Muih stall located right in front of the Lido Kopitiam. Mamarazzi bought goreng goreng and kuih from that stall before and it tasted just so-so.

This round, Mamarazzi noticed there is another goreng-goreng stall at the side of Lido Kopitiam. It was man by an old man and a young fella.

Papa stopped the car and Mamarazzi went and bought some goreng-goreng. Some Fried Banana, Karipap, Yam+Sweet Potatoes+Lin Koh and a bomb.

I love eating the "bomb". Yummy. Guess this round, we found the correct Goreng-goreng stall. Next time must super-kick Mamarazzi's spectacle again. Then I can have goreng-goreng to eat.

I hope the Anonymous would love the goreng-goreng too.
