Restaurant 88, Continental Park (Updated August 2010)

We went to Restaurant 88 again. Had a nice meal there earlier this year. I love to play with the swirling thingy..turn turn turn...till my "Happy Mug" fly off the table.


Kena Mamarazzi scold. Mamarazzi scold me, I go manja with Papa. If Papa scold me, I go manja with Mamarazzi. If both scold me I go manja with Auntie Florence. Clever eh?

Service very efficient and fast. Rice comes in a tub.

Aiks! what is Papa face doing inside the tub?

Mamarazzi originally had wanted to have Steam Fish but at the Taukeh's recommendation, we had this Tomato sauce fish. No regrets. Taste very good.



Of course we had to order their Kampung Chicken also. Taste very good especially with their special sauce. Don't know what they put in it.


Errr...don't ask me why but now Mamarazzi gila this Salad Leave pulak. Hmm...this one a bit overcooked.

Sweet Potatoes leaves. Taste good. Young.

Taufu with Angle Gourd. Mamarazzi said too much pepper but the rest said taste good.

Yam Basket.

I just loooove the crunchy "bihun" from the Yam Basket. Yummmy!

Over priced fruits. Guess how much for this plate of two mango and a few slices of watermelon? RM15!!! Nuts!!

Seems that the fruits is not under the Restaurant. Separate vendor. Some more we discovered that there are some black thingy on the ice. Mamarazzi do not recommend you to order fruits if you were there.

Total bill excluding the fruits comes up to RM125. Not bad considering 5 adults and a kid eating.

Gimme A Walking Cane Please...

The lift to our apartment have been spoilt for three weeks already. I don’t know how long more to wait for the Management to fix the Lift.

Papa and Mamarazzi are getting more grumpy by the day. Said very tiring climbing up so many floors.

Said if the Management do not get the Lift fixed soon, they will have to use a walking cane to walk up the stairs.

Just nice, as Auntie Claire introduced Mamarazzi to this website that sells Walking Canes.

They have all sorts of Canes. Thank goodness they do not have canes to whack my bum bum.

It seems that these canes and walking sticks are not only for health reason. Many people buys them as fashion accessory.

I think Mamarazzi should get walking canes for women as it’s more feminine in design, lighter in weight and some are shorter which makes the height perfect for Mamarazzi.

Papa should get metal walking cane. Metal Walking Canes come in many design. Hmm…I wonder how Papa would look with a walking stick. More handsome and stylish? People might even think that he is a big boss.

Celebrate at Restaurant SF Seafood, Kg Baru Sg Buloh(Updated August 2010)

Eh! This place looks familiar. Oh ya! I was born here. Why am I here again?

Well, waiting to see Doctor lor. No Doctor aren't sick. I was. The other day I had CCF,right? Well, after that some rashes appeared on my back. Papa and Mamarazzi panic lor. Measles ke? Chicken Pox?

Sunday Pead mana ada open. Thus, Papa brought me to Dr Surindar, the doctor who deliver me.

Dr Surindar checked and said it's nothing. Very common one. Some kids will have rashes after they had fever or sick.

Aisay..how was Papa to know that wor. Coz touch wood, I seldom fall sick punya.

Hehehe...clean bill of health. Thus, I "celebrated" with makan-makan outside lo. Went to Restaurant SF Seafood at Kg Baru Sg Buloh coz the service is fast. Oh boy! I was real hungry.




While waiting for the food, I entertained myself playing with my car car. My latest craze...toy cars.


Mamarazzi said just order some "Cheng-cheng" dishes. Salad leave. RM6. See! Portion much bigger that the SEXY Chicken Rice place.


Bitter Gourd Soup. Taste very good. A lot of ginger. Takes out all the wind. You should hear Papa and me playing "trumpet" the whole night coz of the wind.


Steamed Cod Fish. Rather expensive at RM30. Not that nice as the meat was rather "fat".


Papa beh tahan and wanted something spicy. Thus, we ordered Kung Poh Sotong. The sotong not that good though portion is big.

Overall, it was a good meal.

Dan Neh Noh GCB

Went to Dan Neh Noh the other day.

They were having promotion on GCB(Grilled Chicken Burger). Looking at the illustration photo...waaa...so big ah...

But the original burger came..rather disappointing. So small geh. Taste wise okay okay la.

ARGH!? Happy Meal no more Batman Toy ah? Give me so girlish toy geh.

Hang it on my ear? or on my wrist? which one better? Sure Cikgu STP will laugh at me again.

Bedtime Stories And Prayers By Enid Blyton-The Poor Woman In The Temple

Money is getting "smaller" each day. Last time RM3 can get a large bowl of noodle. Nowadays, RM3 sometimes won't even be enough for a bowl of noodle.


But we are quite lucky as not far from our place there is this Economy Rice Stall which price is reasonable. Mamarazzi had blog about this here, They have plenty dishes.

Can save a lot if eat here. This plate of rice, with Taugeh, Vegetable, Taufu and chicken cost RM2-70 only.

Speaking of money...here is another story from Enid Blyton book

There was once a poor widow in Jerusalem. She had to work very hard for her money.

She went to the House of God often to pray. She love the peace that she found there.

It was Festival Week and as usual she went to the Temple to pray.

There was a Collection Box at the Temple where people are supposed to put money inside. And people are not supposed to put less than a penny.

The poor woman saw that people are putting more money that that.

Now, the poor woman only have two mites, which together made a half penny. She was ashamed to put so little into the Collection Box but that was all the money that she had. She went to a corner and put it in hoping that nobody would see. But somebody did see.

Jesus saw. He observed her since she stepped into the church and had thought that she won't be able to afford even a half penny. Then , he saw she put in two mites.

He thus told his disciples that he saw rich men putting a lot of money into the Collection box but the old woman put in two mites. And yet, she had put in much more that everyone else. They put in what they can spare, but the old woman had put in everything that she has. And in the eyes of the God, her two mites are more than all that the rich men had put in together.

What a lovely story. Even Mamarazzi aren't as generous as that. If only I could be as generous. But in these modern days, if I did that, most people would call it stupidity. Sad aren't it?

Mamarazzi have been scratching her head for a long time. That's why she is nearly "botak" like me.

Why? Coz she had stored many of my photos and yet to be developed.

The other day, Ah Kong and Ah Mah requested my photographs. Oh no! how ah?

Those you know Mamarazzi will know that she is very L.A.Z.Y. to go comparing which one is the best photo shop/studio and which one will give her best price.



Then the other day she chance upon eoe Online photo printing.It's an online photo printing company. Just need to upload the photos into online album and then submit for printing. Don't worry if the uploading is interupted as they have a system where the uploading will automatic resume.

Mamarazzi being the typical "kiasu" person, of course immediately placed her order. Found that the system is easy to use. As easy as 1-2-3. There are clear step-by-step guide to upload to get your photos printed. I think even I can do it..that if Mamarazzi let me use her laptop.
