Oh No! I Have Turned Into A "Fairy"

Alamak! when did I become a "Fairy"? Have my birdie flown away in the night?

Am I dreaming? I am on a Billboard?

Yikes? My photos in gallery? Surely am dreaming.

Aiks? Bila pulak Mamarazzi and me acted in old movies?

And why this angry looking "gentleman" holding my photo? Ada hutang kat dia ka?

Wah lau eh....am getting heart attack liao.

Mamarazzi teruklah. She heard about this Photofunia.com from Auntie BoeyJoey. She went there whole night to mess around with photos effects and that is how I got turned into a "fairy". Haiz...

Mamarazzi was unsure about the copyright of the photos thus she wrote to Photofunia Team to ask whether she can use these for her blog and surprisingly the reply came within a few hours and they replied it's alright. Thank you very much Photofunia.com!

Do You Have A Sense Of Humour?

There are sure a lot of weirdo out there in the Cyber World. Just the other day, Mamarazzi received a comment that advertise Sex for hire. And yesterday, a blogger friend of Mamarazzi was attacked. Verbally, not physically. That could not have been a good experience no matter what.

There are all kinds of blogs in the blogsphere. Some are about politic, some about romance, some about humour, some about cooking, some about work, some about kids and some even about sex.

A person is not expected to go to a blog about politics and expect to read about cooking there, right?

Thus, if a person is to go into a blog which the author is known to have a good sense of humour, he/she would expect there would some funny saying or jokes floating in the air. Hence, there is no point in getting politically uptight about what the author wrote or put in his/her blog.

This makes Mamarazzi wonder, could it be that the author had inadvertently touched a sore point of that reader or is it the reader have IBS.

Hey, blogging and reading blog are supposed to be relaxing. Thus, all I am saying is "Chill out, Babe. If you don't like what you are reading, just flip the page. Peace to the world!"

Room Eighteen , Tropicana City Mall

This is another late post. Noticed the hair? It was makan time again. This round we went to Room Eighteen at Tropicana City Mall. Been hearing a lot of positive comments about this restaurant. It's time to "kaypoh" too.

Sit down aje, comes appetiser. Interesting. Some crunchy keropok, slices of cucumber and pineapple in sweet sour and spicy sauce.

Test first

Ngap! Very nice pineapple! Love the "keropok" too.

What's this? If not mistaken, Cantonese called "Chin Tooi".

No..No..No...I don't want. Mamarazzi ate a mouthful and she also "retired". There is a funny smell. Smell of oil that has been used many times.

Fresh Prawn Sui Kow Mee. Hopefully this one will be better as Mamarazzi was famished.

Aiya...everything I have to be "Guinea Pig" first ah? Taste okay la. Can eat. Since positive respond from me, Mamarazzi ate loh. Ngap! one time the noodle. Tarak ngum her taste. The Wan Tan Noodle still have the cold water taste and she "ngap" the Sui Kow...also not up to her expectation. Ming Keh Wanton Mee at Happy Garden taste nicer.

Roasted Duck Rice. Very long "woo lung" story. Papa ordered Roast Duck Rice. The first round this thing came it was correct. Papa was just going to eat it when they discovered it's for the next table. The second round this came, it become Roasted Chicken Rice pulak. Thank goodness, the third time correct or else.....Taste also so-so only.

One more final dish.

Herbal Soup Siu Lung Pau. Very nice presentation. Mamarazzi had one. Hmm...the soup inside is indeed very tasty. Yum-yum.. however the meat inside was not good. Minced too much till the taste are all mixed up.

Overall judgement? For the quality of food given on that day...I think it's rather expensive. Maybe the Chef having a migraine on that day due to the blur-blur-lan Waiter and Waitress.

Oh ya...one more incident...there were two packets of the restaurant's wet tissue on the table. I accidentally dropped one packet onto the floor. Then Waitress came to serve us the food. She saw there was only one packet on the table and asked whether we received two packet of wet tissue coz the Tissue cost RM1/pc. When Mamarazzi informed that we have received them and one had just dropped. She looked at the unopened packet of tissue on the floor and walked away.

Mamarazzi was hoping that the Waitress could have help to retrieve it coz her hands was full with me. Meantime I was hoping that she would bend down to retrieve it so that I could look at her....smooth and silky.... hair. Well, looks like she was more concern whether we received the allotted wet tissue than giving full customer service. Aiyo...forgot to ask Papa whether they charge service tax or not.

Chee Cheong Fun At Restaurant Hoong Fook, (Formerly Known As Eastern Restaurant) Seri Petaling

This post is to kacau Auntie Claire since she have been posting a lot of good and yummy food post that made Mamarazzi's saliva drooling all over the floor. Check out her saliva drooling makan-makan blog ere .

Located in Seri Petaling. Formerly known as Eastern Restaurant now chanced to Restaurant Hoong Fook. If not mistaken the road name is Jln Merah Caga. Mamarazzi know how to go only. Seldom take note of road name...haiz..

In this restaurant there is a small stall that is more than 2 decade old that sells delicious Chee Cheong Fun. Formerly located under a giant tree in front of this restaurant and the stall owner used to be muka masam always. Since the restaurant been renovated, they moved into it and a smile is seen paste on the face of the stall owner.

Offers a variety of Yong Tau Foo that taste very good. Price wise, again Mamarazzi forgot to note. I think it was about 80sens a piece.

Mamarazzi tapau-ed some home. The soup was very sweet as it made of boiled fish bone. Don't think they add any MSG.

Jeng~jeng~jeng~ the Curry Chee Cheong Fun. The CCF was very smooth and with crunchy fried "har mai" topping. Mamarazzi loves the "har mai" topping very much. Usually she will ask the lady boss to add more.

Interested to come and try the CCF, Auntie Claire?

Fatty Crab Restaurant, Taman Megah

Hmmm...big feast again. This round we "makan-ed" at the famous Fatty Crabs Restaurant at Taman Megah PJ.

What's this? Rotten egg ah? Black colour geh? But how come Papa syok syok eating the "rotten egg" ?? Apa macam tak rotten. It's century old already. It's a miracle that this egg can still be consumed. Taste...hmm...sedap jugak.

Mamarazzi said this is the super-duper fingerlicious Chicken Wings. Very very very yummy. Just look at the photos also can go hungry for it. RM2/piece. 1 piece definately not enough.

Satay ayam. Price forgotten liao. 70 sens or something like that. Usually taste good but duno why today doesn't taste as good.

The gravy for the Satay. Lots of "kacang" in it. Not only to eat with Satay. Papa also dipped the Roti Bakar into it. Says sedap wor.

Fried Rice. Specially ordered for me since Mamarazzi worried that I got not enough to eat. Love the fried rice. I ate nearly 3 bowls...though most of it stuck to my baju and pant.

Goooood...the VIP is here!

Steam Crab!

Yay! Another plate?!

Crab cooked in Spicy and sour style. Fuiyoh...no need the crab also can. Just eat the gravy with Roti Bakar would be heavenly enough.

Here comes the Roti Bakar.

One plate like that not enough. We ordered another plate. It's just so delicious when dipped in the Spicy and Sour gravy. Taukeh..can I order the gravy without the crabs?

I don'twant Mamarazzi to feed me. I wanna eat by myself. Love sucking at the Crab's "khong".

Hmm..DELICIOUS! The meat are very "bouncy". If you like to try out this shop, I would recommend you to come early. During weekends and Public Holiday, there would be a long queue waiting eventhough it's only 6.30pm. The address is No 2, Jln SS 24/13 , Taman Megah, Petaling Jaya.

Pasar Tani Opposite Giant Hyper Market, Kuala Trengganu

This is the Pasar Tani located opposite Giant Hypermarket, Kuala Trengganu. Many vegetable and meat are sold here during weekends.

One of my Yee Poh carrying me to the Pasar Tani. AhMah was busy selecting fish.

Ikan Patin at RM8/kg. Much cheaper than those of Temerloh. Ah Mah bought one and steamed at home. Fulamak! the meat very sweet and tender. Maybe next time we should buy here and bring home instead of buying at Temerloh.

Apart from Patin, they also have various fish like Telapia and these which I forgot the name...is it belut or what?

If you wish, the seller will also cut and clean the fish for you at no extra charge. Good. Fresh fish at a cheap price.

Nasi E-Kukus Jalan Kamaruddin, Kuala Trengganu

This is another one of Mamarazzi favourite stall. This Nasi Kukus is very famous there. Located at Jalan Kamaruddin, right in font of the traffic light. By noon time, there will be a long queue of people waiting to be fed.

This stall offers quite a variety of dishes. Mamarazzi usually go there around 11.30am when they are just coming up with the dishes, to avoid the crowd.

The Steamed rice.

Mamarazzi "tapau-ed" the Nasi Kukus with Fried Chicken and cabbage. Price RM4.50. Large portion of rice and the chicken drumstick was very big and juicy. Overall tasted very good. A must try when you are on K.Trengganu.
