Crispy Kailan Dish.

Cross my feet and hope for the best. I don't know how to cross my fingers yet.

What new dish is Mama testing out on Papa and me?

Crispy Kailan?? Presentation look good. Taste ok-ok-la. The Kailan Leafs are crunchy and taste like bits of Japanese Seaweeds. Good for those who loves Seaweeds.



Recipe:



- Kailan(obviously). Separate the stems from the leafs. Chop the leafs into fine strands

- a bit of anchovies

- Garlic( diced)



Method :



-Fry the anchovies till crunchy

-Deep fry the Kailan leafs till it's dark green and crunchy

-stir fry the stem of the kailan with the garlic.

-Serve with the crunchy bits as a topping.
